PROVO, Utah (AP) -- Some Saratoga Springs residents living on the shore of Utah Lake say they're upset with hunters taking geese and ducks within yards of their homes.
Resident Robert Kramer says it is dangerous to allow hunting so close to homes and that he wants county commissioners to make hunting on Utah Lake illegal.
However, Matt Clark, a Utah Waterfowl Association board member, says the real issue is that homes shouldn't be built so close to the lake.
Currently, hunters are allowed to shoot within 200 yards of homes.
