MILWAUKEE (AP) -- Whitney Edwards scored 15 points to help No. 16 Virginia defeat Utah 65-57 Friday in the first game of the three-day WBCA Classic.
Britnee Miller scored 13 and Aisha Mohammed had 11 points for the Cavaliers (4-1), who scored the first 10 points of the second half for a 38-22 lead.
Morgan Warburton scored 18 points for the Utes (1-3), who lost their third straight.
