(KSL News) -- Salt Lake County authorities say a three hour long standoff ended peacefully tonight.
Sheriff's deputies and SWAT teams had surrounded the home at 5665 S. 4540 West in Kearns, when they received a report of a family fight.
Deputies say when they arrived, a man inside threw beer bottles and threatened them with a knife.
Authorities used a taser to subdue the man, ending the standoff. No one was seriously hurt.
