(KSL News) Halloween night now rivals New Year's when it comes to drunk driving arrests.
The Utah Highway Patrol tells the Salt Lake Tribune 48 people were arrested for DUI on Halloween night this year.
Five were caught near the Utah-Nevada border on I-80; 18 were in Salt Lake County; and 25 were in Weber County.
Officials contribute the growing number of DUIs to an increased amount of holiday revelers.
