SOUTH SALT LAKE — Hours after calling for public assistance to find a missing 10-year-old boy, South Salt Lake Police announced he is home safe Saturday.
Kevin Iteriteka was last seen about 3 p.m. Friday in the area of 3900 South and 500 East. Executive Officer Gary Keller of South Salt Lake police announced at 10:11 a.m. Saturday that Kevin "has returned home safe and well."
Police said earlier that they were "concerned" but did not believe Kevin was "in immediate danger."
They at first reported that Kevin was 11 years old, but later clarified that he is 10.
