COLORADO — How long can you hold your breath?
For me, the answer varies between like 3 seconds and 30 seconds depending on how motivated I am. I know that's not very impressive. Not too long ago, I participated in a challenge to see who could hold their breath the longest, and I was very bad at it. I started laughing almost immediately, which caused me to take a breath and that's where the 3-second time comes from. Oh well. I guess I will never be famous for starring in a video like this one.
On the other end of the breath-holding spectrum from me, we have the guy in this video who recorded himself counting to 210 in one breath. If that makes you feel lightheaded just thinking about it, wait until you watch the video.

This adorable, deaf French bulldog enjoys more of the finer things in life than many humans.The video is pretty impressive, but also kind of painful to watch. I couldn't help but feel a lack of air in my lungs as I watched this guy count higher and higher as his face got redder and redder. When he finally hit the magic number, I gasped for air right along with him, even though I hadn't even been holding my breath.
To be very clear, you should not try this at home. Please do not do anything that could cause you to pass out. Just enjoy the video while taking lots of deep breaths and appreciate the fact that you got to see this unusual feat being accomplished.
