FARMINGTON — A 14-year-old missing girl who authorities said was possibly endangered Wednesday was located safe early Thursday morning, according to the Davis County Sheriff's Office.
Seva’eh Avalos-Rivera was "well and unharmed," the sheriff's office wrote on Twitter.
Davis County Sheriff's Office Chief Deputy Ty Berger said Seva'eh had left her foster care home on her own and had been communicating with an adult man through social media, prompting concern from law enforcement Wednesday.
Details about where she was found were not immediately released.
"We are grateful to the community for the quick help in finding her safe," the sheriff's office added in its Facebook post.
