Utah students across the state are trading in their candy bars and video games for a healthier alternative.

In honor of National Child Health Day, first lady Mary Kaye Huntsman paid a special visit to Wasatch Elementary today to help launch the "Utah Wellness Week" program.

The kids got their hearts pumping and their legs grooving by learning a special hip-hop version of the hokey pokey!

And each child was presented with a special "wellness kit" to help them keep track of their eating and exercise habits.

The statewide program is designed to promote healthier lifestyles among Utah kids.
