CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were lower Tuesday on the Chicago Board of Trade.
Wheat for Mar. was off 1.75 cents to 4.0325 a bushel; Mar. corn fell 3 cents at 3.5025 a bushel; Mar. oats lost 1.75 cents at $2.2375 a bushel; while Jan. soybeans declined 16.25 cents to $10.0525 a bushel.
Beef mixed and pork was lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. December live cattle was up .15 cent at $1.1210 a pound; January feeder cattle fell .87 cent at $1.30 a pound; while February lean hogs was off 2.10 cents at $.6400 a pound.
