(KSL News) A Cache County man has pleaded guilty to threatening the IRS.

Authorities say David D'Addabbo sent letters to the IRS stating if an agent did not stop trying to collect taxes from his family, he would be "tried by a jury" and could be punished by "death by firing squad."

Fourteen federal agents shows up at D'Addabbo's LDS church in March and arrested him. While being transported to jail, D'Addabbo threatened agents again.

A judge granted credit for five months D'Addabbo already served and ordered his release on three years probation.
