GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (AP) — Donald Trump is unleashing a harsh attack on rival Hillary Clinton over Friday's statement by the head of the FBI that the agency is reviewing a new batch of emails that may be pertinent to its review of Clinton's private server. Trump campaigned today in Michigan, which hasn't favored a Republican for president in nearly three decades.

WASHINGTON (AP) — The top Democrat on the House Oversight Committee says FBI Director James Comey should tell Congress and the public whether his agency is investigating former Donald Trump campaign manager Paul Manafort, who has been linked to pro-Kremlin elements in Russia and Ukraine. Democrats have been criticizing Comey for revealing Friday, just 11 days before the election, that the FBI was looking into newly discovered emails that may be pertinent to their dormant email investigation of Hillary Clinton.

COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) — Democrats are accusing Republicans and Donald Trump's presidential campaign of conspiring to intimidate voters in at least four states just days ahead of the election. The lawsuits were filed in Ohio, Pennsylvania, Nevada and Arizona. The suits seek court action to preemptively block potential voter harassment or intimidation from Republican poll watchers or other observers. Trump has called on his supporters to act as "election observers" in areas other than their own.

CINCINNATI (AP) — A jury of two blacks and 10 whites has been chosen for the murder trial of a white University of Cincinnati police officer who fatally shot an unarmed black man during a traffic stop last year. Lawyers for fired officer Ray Tensing told jurors that the case is not about race but "about the facts." Sam DuBose was pulled over for a missing front license plate. Opening statements begin tomorrow.

PORTSMOUTH, N.H. (AP) — A New Hampshire high school teacher is in hot water after a video surfaced showing her in a classroom dressed as Donald Trump and dancing to a song that included an expletive. The video was posted on some parents' Facebook pages today, A school official has told the Portsmouth Herald that the Portsmouth High School teacher is "not presently in the classroom."
