(KSL News) Hundreds of children gathered today for a shot at a role in Ballet West's production of The Nutcracker.
More than 400 kids from all over the Wasatch Front auditioned at the University of Utah, showing off their dancing skills and charming smiles. The auditions are a holiday tradition, as well as Ballet West's holiday ballet.
In the end, 300 children will make up four different casts of Nutcracker roles.
