(KSL News) Utah Transit Authority says ridership on FrontRunner is steadily increasing.

UTA says they think that trend will continue and help ease congestion on the roads, according to the Standard Examiner

A watchdog group, the coalition for accountable government says the commuter rail isn't worth the cost and hasn't made a difference.

UTA says their numbers prove business people are using FrontRunner but that the numbers don't show the commuter rail's true impact. They say ultimately it will take years to judge the success of the rail.
