A bicyclist was taken to the hospital after being hit by a car in Salt Lake City.
It happened this afternoon at 2100 South and Main St.
Police say the cyclist was pedaling southbound on Main Street when a car t-boned another car, which slammed into him. Officer Kevin Joiner says the rider should live, but was transported to the hospital in critical condition.
Joiner says this is a good reminder for drivers to yield to bikers and for cyclists and pedestrians to watch out for cars.
