(KSL News) Four thousand residents across northern Utah still are without power after last night's severe weather.
According to a recent report from Rocky Mountain Power, its crews are working as quickly as possible to restore power, but warn people to be prepared for extended outages.
At one point, more than 21,000 customers were without electricity, many in Salt Lake County and Ogden.
The power company says most of those were the result of downed power lines and power pole fires caused by last night's storm.
