(KSL News) The man accused of killing one man and seriously injuring another with a metal pole waived his right to a preliminary hearing.
Nineteen-year-old Christopher Allen Hewitt is charged with first-degree, felony murder in the beating death of Benjamin Perkins-Links last year in Neffs Canyon. Seth Coleman survived the attack and got away.
Hewitt also faces attempted murder charges. His next court appearance is scheduled for Sept. 22.
