SALT LAKE CITY (AP) -- Utah's state government Web site is considered among the best in the nation.
Although it's no longer the best, Utah.gov is ranked the fifth best Web site in the nation. That's according to a study by Brown University's Taubman Center for Public Policy.
Utah ranked first in the study last year.
The ranking was based on the presence of electronic features, such as audio or video clips, publications or online services such as license registration or tax filing.
The study complimented Utah-dot-gov for its design and its live chat help.
