(KSL News) A Kamas man accused of trying to run down a bicyclist with his truck had nothing to say for himself as he appeared in court this morning.
The bicyclist claims Alexander Jason Barto yelled at him to "get off the road" before veering into him earlier this month, knocking him off his bike and then running over it.
Barto said nothing as he appeared in court this morning to hear the aggravated assault charge against him.
His attorney, Greg Skordas, told The Salt Lake Tribune he would not be commenting on the case until he has fully reviewed the police reports.
