JACKSON, Wyo. (AP) — A record number of visitors are expected to flock to Grand Teton National Park this summer, but construction may complicate stops at the park's top destination.

The Jackson Hole News & Guide reports (http://bit.ly/1TGX5Je ) that an overhaul of the infrastructure at Jenny Lake is expected to take up about 60 of the 300 parking spaces at the lake's main parking lot. Grand Teton officials said in a statement that visitors should consider arriving before 9 a.m. or after 4 p.m. to avoid frustration.

The $18 million Jenny Lake Renewal Project is in its third year. It is supposed to improve trail conditions, restrooms, route finding, foot access to the lake and interpretive information.
