LOGAN — A Logan man was arrested Thursday for investigation of voyeurism after police say a woman discovered he had videotaped a sexual encounter with her without her knowledge.

Investigators said the incident occurred at a fraternity house and involved two Utah State University students. The couple had engaged in consensual sexual activity sometime in September or October but the woman later discovered that the man had filmed the incident, said Logan Police Capt. Curtis Hooley.

"She actually had borrowed his computer," Hooley said. "Inside the computer she found a file that had her name on it so she looked and discovered that."

Police began an investigation in February. Griffin Ford, 22, was arrested Thursday for investigation of voyeurism. Hooley said Ford showed the recording to "a couple of his buddies," but there was no indication the video was distributed anywhere else.
