Photos courtesy of Krysta Naley(KSL News) Flames shot out of an old nightclub in downtown Salt Lake this morning.
Fire officials tell us the fire started around 1:00 this morning at what used to be Club Axis, at 100 South and 500 West. It took 56 firefighters roughly three hours to get the blaze under control.
The entire roof collapsed and the rest of the vacant building suffered heavy smoke and water damage. No one was hurt.
Investigators say it was human-caused and are now looking for anyone who may have some information.
