Winter doesn't have to be a time to hibernate. In fact, you can participate in a variety of winter outdoors activities in Utah. Some locals still take to the air during the snowy months and go paragliding, despite the cold temperatures. Others have gone fly fishing at unfrozen rivers or hiking to escape the inversion along the Wasatch Front.
Fat biking is also a fun option for those who don't feel coordinated enough to go skiing or snowboarding. Check out the photos to get inspired to get off your couch and try something new in Utah's beautiful outdoors.
