LAS VEGAS (AP) — Testimony resumes today in Las Vegas in the trial of a former storefront church pastor accused of sexually assaulting girls in his congregation. Last week, the jury viewed videos of Otis Holland's sermons and heard from girls who said they were victimized by Holland when they were teenagers.

LAS VEGAS (AP) — Nye County prosecutors say they won't charge former NBA star Lamar Odom, who was found unconscious at a brothel with cocaine in his system in October. District Attorney Angela Bello says the evidence didn't prove that Odom used the drug during his three days in the county, so he could not be charged there.

CARSON CITY, Nev. (AP) — A man has died after a shooting in north Carson City. The Carson City Sheriff's Office reports that the victim arrived at Carson Tahoe Regional Medical Center with a gunshot wound to the stomach shortly after the sheriff's office received reports of shots fired overnight.

LAS VEGAS (AP) — Police say two people died after a speeding SUV lost control and rolled off an Interstate 15 overpass near Las Vegas yesterday morning. North Las Vegas police say the SUV struck a median and rolled, falling 27 feet to the ground. Officers say the male driver and female passenger died at the scene.
