Grain lower, livestock mixed

CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were lower Thursday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for March delivery was .25 cent lower at $4.6920 a bushel; March corn off .50 cent at $3.6460 a bushel; March oats were 2.50 cents lower at $2.1920 a bushel; while March soybeans lost 2 cents to 8.7860 a bushel.

Beef mixed and pork were higher the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

February live cattle was .48 cent higher at $1.3515 a pound; March feeder cattle was .90 cents lower at $1.5908 a pound; February lean hogs gained 1.18 cents to $.5895 a pound.
