LOGAN, Utah (AP) -- Businesses in Logan can put up new electric signs again.
After a six-month moratorium on the signs, the city is allowing them again in its commercial and industrial zones. But this time, there are a few rules businesses will have to follow.
The signs can't flash, use starbursts or animation, but they can have video. Fading and text that moves left to right is allowed, but text that scrolls up and down is prohibited.
