CARSON CITY, Nev. (AP) — State lawmakers are gathering in Carson City this evening for a special session to vote on tax abatements for an electric car maker that wants to construct a plant in North Las Vegas. The Chinese-backed Faraday Future would get $215 million in incentives for the plant, which it says will bring 4,500 jobs.

LAS VEGAS (AP) — Trump International Hotel has filed an objection after workers narrowly voted to unionize at the Las Vegas property owned by the Republican presidential front-runner. An election last week showed that just over 50 percent the valid voters were in favor of a union at the property off the Las Vegas Strip. The Culinary Union urged Trump to begin negotiations.

LAS VEGAS (AP) — The FBI is publicizing online Internet screen names linked with a man held in a kidnapping-sex case, in an effort to identify other possible teenage victims. The FBI says Jimmy Carter Kim has accounts on Facebook, Snapchat, Kik, MeetMe and Instagram, sometimes using the name Yimmy.

UNDATED (AP) -- Federal agencies have unveiled an interactive Web display showing varying water levels and images resulting from a historic 16-year drought in the Colorado River basin. The U.S. Bureau of Reclamation presentation comes amid projections that water deliveries to Nevada, Arizona and Southern California may be curtailed as early as 2017.
