(KSL News) Jeremy Hauck, the man accused of killing his mother and stuffing her body in a freezer, is still incompetent to stand trial.
During a hearing that Hauck did not attend, the state mental hospital asked a judge for three to six more months to evaluate the 20-year-old. Hauck's attorney said no diagnosis has been made yet, and he doesn't believe Hauck's mental capacity has been restored.
Hauck is charged with first-degree murder in the 2006 death of his mother, Laura Hauck.
