WEST VALLEY CITY — Police were looking for man Sunday night who allegedly wounded two others in an apparent gang-related shooting near a park.

A 20-year-old man was shot in the upper body and a 17-year-old boy was hit in the arm near 3100 South and Bangerter Highway around 6 p.m., according to West Valley police. They were driven to the hospital in separate cars.

Police say the victims and the shooter know each other and had agreed to meet before the gunfire erupted. Officers were interviewing witnesses and looking for a man in his 20s, possibly driving a gray Jeep.
