(KSL News) A teenage boy led police on a high-speed chase this morning in a stolen car.
Police spotted the teen speeding down a road in Tremonton. They followed him through several cities then spiked the car's tires, but that didn't stop him.
He eventually lost control in Pleasant View, drove through a fence and into a ditch. He suffered minor injuries.
Police say the teen had been arrested on Friday for drunk driving and fleeing from police. He escaped while police were taking him to a Youth Center in Salt Lake.
