LOS ANGELES (AP) — A Los Angeles judge has finalized Stevie Wonder's divorce from fashion designer Kai Millard Morris.

Superior Court Judge Christine Byrd finalized the pair's divorce on Monday, more than three years after the Grammy-winning singer filed to end his second marriage.

Wonder and Morris were married in September 2001 and separated in 2009. The pair have two sons together, ages 14 and 10.

The judgment states the 65-year-old Grammy winner and his ex-wife wife will share custody of their sons.

Wonder will also pay $25,000 a month in child support.
