(KSL News) A plea deal could be in the cards for a man accused of abducting and killing a former BYU student, if he reveals where her remains are.
In a newly released statement, Brooke Wilberger's parents said they support a negotiated solution to the criminal case against Joel Courtney, as long as Courtney tells them where Wilberger is.
The 19-year-old disappeared in 2004 from Corvallis, Oregon where she was helping her sister for the summer.
