THE LOCKER ROOM — Fear of mascots is a real thing. It's called Masklophobia — a genuine, diagnosable condition that causes the sufferer to be afraid of people in costumes or wearing masks, even if they're innocuous or silly.

With that said, do not proceed to watch this video if you are a plagued by this phobia.

Luckily for you, I do not have this fear. In fact, one might say I have a fascination with mascots. I've even watched "Behind the Mask," Hulu's compelling docuseries that follows furry rallymen from several levels walks of life, making for great TV.

In addition, my mother-in-law was the mascot at our alma mater Ogden High School. Go Tigers!

I'm not the only one with an interest in mascots. So is local filmmaker Scott Winn, also known as ScottDW, who filmed an epic dance battle between two fictional school representatives, a Husky and a Settler. In keeping with some of Winn's other viral videos, it features some addictive tunes and rad shots. The video has unsurprisingly racked up over 600,000 views since its posting a little over two weeks ago.

So sit back, relax and enjoy the husky's sweet moves while commiserating for dancer Jade Chynoweth, who was undoubtedly sweating profusely inside that costume for the duration of the shoot.

Winn also includes a behind-the-scenes video that peeks into the creative process.
