(KSL News) It was a workshop made specifically for people who love chocolate.
The Chocolate Workshop, hosted by Orson Gygi and Barry Callebaut Chocolate Academy, taught students how to work with the tasty treat.
They also got to learn from one of Belgium's best confectioners, Patrick Peeters. "I was voted the best pastry shop, the best new pastry shop in town, which is hard to do because there's a lot of competition in Belgium as far as pastry shops are concerned," Peeters said.
Though Peeters is now in the United States, he still travels around the world teaching people about the finer points of chocolate.
