(KSL News) A South Salt Lake man is behind bars this morning, accused of stabbing his roommate.
It happened at 372 E. 2700 South.
Police say five men were fighting over food. They say one man was drunk and stabbed his roommate in the chest with a large kitchen knife.

About 20 minutes later, someone called 911. The victim was rushed to the hospital in critical condition.
The attacker threw the knife in the grass and took off down the street.
Authorities found him a few hours later.
