OGDEN, Utah (AP) -- A man who drowned Wednesday afternoon in Pineview Reservoir has been identified by Weber County sheriff's deputies as Michael Perry Spencer, 49, of Midvale.
Spencer and his ex-wife were swimming near Cemetery Point. He dived from an inner tube and did not resurface.
