(KSL News) The Tooele County Attorney has determined that there will be no criminal charges filed in an accidental shooting last week in the rural community of Rush Valley.
Scott Flinchbaugh was examining a gun collection with several other men when one of the guns accidentally discharged and hit him in the back.
Investigators say the man handling the gun was trying to uncock the gun and his thumb slipped off the hammer.
