(KSL News) A Utah principal accused of failing to report child sex abuse by one of her teachers has pleaded not guilty.
Shelly Nordick, principal of Rosamond Elementary School, was scheduled to appear in court earlier this morning. However, her attorney entered her plea through paperwork last week.
Nordick is charged with failing to report abuse at her school by former teacher Frank Hall. Hall has since been convicted of several counts of child abuse.
Nordick's pretrial conference is set for July 15.
