(KSL News) It's a big day in court for several high profile Utah cases.
A 25-year old woman who is in the country illegally will be sentenced today for child sex abuse.
Angela Camarena, living in Virgin, Utah at the time, is accused of having a sexual relationship with a 13-year-old girl. She's expected to appear in a St. George courtroom later this morning.
Tina Roberts and Kyle Jensen are expected to be sentenced in St. George today for their involvement in the kidnapping death of Trisha Stubbs.
Roberts and Jensen pleaded guilty to aggravated kidnapping earlier this year. In exchange prosecutors dropped murder charges against them.
A third suspect, Jack Daniel Brown, is facing capital murder charges. Prosecutors say Brown bound, gagged and beat Stubbs before shooting her.
They say Brown killed Stubbs to keep her from revealing incriminating evidence about him.
A man charged with murdering his brother is scheduled to be arraigned today in Provo.
Eryk Drej admitted he shot and killed his brother, Lukasz, in June 2005. Drej says he did it to prevent Lukasz from killing an unknown female and selling her organs on the black market.
Authorities say Drej shot his brother at least ten times.
Drej spent several months in a mental hospital until he was ruled competent to stand trial in March.
