ADDINGTON/DROPPINGTON — It’s the end of the month, which means it’s time to find out what is coming and going from Netflix this July.
The streaming service plans on dropping 53 titles and adding 57. There are a few notable additions and subtractions, but for the most part it’s a fairly weak month. Good thing it’s the summer movie season and we at least have the theater to look forward to.
Notable losses for July include “Big Fish,” “Cast Away” and “Terminator 2: Judgment Day.” Also, let’s take a moment to morn the loss of the entire series of “Magnum, P.I.” That one hurts.
Some additions worth mentioning this July include “Alive,” “Hostage” and the animated feature “Penguins of Madagascar.”
