(KSL News) A party in Clearfield was disrupted overnight by gunfire. Now one man is in jail in connection with the crime.
Police say 26-year-old Nathan Wilcox was at a party at the Oakstone Apartments near 1500 South and 1000 East when several people asked him to leave. They followed him outside. Wilcox got in his car and drove away.
Police say he circled the complex then stopped and fired three to five shots at the people outside, hitting one person in the leg.
Police caught Wilcox in Centerville.
He's now in jail facing aggravated assault charges.
