(KSL News) City officials broke ground today for the new Cottonwood Mall in Holladay.

The mall will be built where the old one had stood since 1962 and will include a very new look.

Fifty-seven acres will be divided into retail shopping, office space, and even residences.

Construction of the buildings is expected to begin in March 2009.
