RICHFIELD, Utah (AP) -- A bicyclist has been killed after being hit by a sports utility vehicle in Sevier County.
The accident happened yesterday just south of Richfield.
Troopers say 27-year-old Trina Hawley of Annabella died from injuries suffered in the accident.
Officers say Hawley was riding her bicycle north on State Highway 118 when an S-U-V came behind her. The S-U-V's driver then reached for something in her purse and drift to the right -- hitting Hawley.
The driver was cited for negligently failing to avoid a bicyclist.
