(KSL News) Police say he held his family at gunpoint inside their Eagle Mountain home, but Matthew Graham says he is not guilty of aggravated kidnapping. He entered his plea in 4th District Court yesterday.
Police were called to Graham's home in January on reports he was brandishing guns and refusing to let his wife or children leave the house.
Graham eventually let his family leave but refused to come out himself until a SWAT team surrounded the house.
A trial in the case is scheduled for August.
