BALTIMORE (AP) — Tim Kempton scored 17 points and grabbed eight rebounds to lead Lehigh to a 69-63 win over Loyola (Md.) on Saturday night.

Justin Goldsborough contributed 13 points, Jesse Chuku added 11 and Kahron Ross 10 for Lehigh (13-10, 7-5 Patriot League), which shot 51.1 percent on 47 attempts from the field and held a 17-8 advantage in made free throws.

Miles Simelton gave the Mountain Hawks the lead for good with a bucket that made it 12-11 early in the first half.

Loyola (9-14, 5-7) cut the gap to two in the second half on Chancellor Barnard's free throws, making it 49-47 with 9:50 left, but that's as close as the Greyhounds got. Lehigh's Justin Goldsborough hit a layup to ignite a 13-3 run and the Mountain Hawks held on to win their third straight.

Eric Laster led Loyola with 16 points, Barnard had 14 and Andre Walker 10.
