BUIES CREEK, N.C. (AP) — Reco McCarter, Andrew Ryan and D.J. Mason scored 15 apiece to lead Campbell to a 69-63 win over UNC Wilmington on Tuesday in the 100th meeting between the two rivals.

Freshman Troy Harper hit a 3-pointer to give Campbell a 64-58 lead and his long jumper with 23 seconds left gave the Camels a five-point advantage.

Harper missed the first six games of the season with a broken finger in his non-shooting hand.

Mason came off the bench to hit all six of his field goals for Campbell (6-6). Ryan made 6 of 9 shots, including three 3-pointers. The Camels were hurt by 10-of-20 shooting from the free throw line.

Dylan Sherwood scored 12 points for UNC Wilmington (5-4). Addison Spruill had 11, and Jordan Talley and Craig Ponder had 10 apiece.

Ponder's reverse layup and free throw made it a two-point game with 3:13 left, but the Seahawks turned it over on their next three possessions.
