CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were lower Wednesday on the Chicago Board of Trade.
Wheat for Mar delivery plummeted 24 cents to $6.1150 a bushel; Mar corn was 6.25 cents lower at 4.0775 a bushel; Mar oats fell 1.25 cents to $3.0775 a bushel; while Mar soybeans lost 10.5 cents to $10.3525 bushel.
Beef was lower and pork mixed on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
Feb live cattle was off .03 cent at $1.6057 a pound; Mar feeder cattle was 2.55 cents lower to $2.1272 a pound; while Feb lean hogs lost .35 cent to $.8130 a pound.
