WASHINGTON (AP) — A former CIA official who oversaw the agency's enhanced interrogation program after 9/11 says the Senate Intelligence Committee's report will erode intelligence officials' trust in future administrations. Jose Rodriguez tells "Fox News Sunday" that "leaders at the agency are going to wonder whether the authorities that they receive from the president will last longer than one election phase." He says the program he oversaw was "one of the most thoroughly reviewed covert action programs in the history of the agency."

AUBURN, Ala. (AP) — Police say they've arrested a 22-year-old man in the fatal shooting of Auburn University football player Jakell Mitchell. Auburn police say Markale Deandra Hart of Camp Hill, Alabama, has been arrested on a felony warrant charging him with murder. Mitchell was shot early today at an off-campus apartment complex.

NEW YORK (AP) — At African-American churches around the country, worshippers are wearing black and saying special prayers today to draw attention to fatal police shootings of unarmed black men. Church leaders organized "Black Lives Matter" in response to the police slayings of Michael Brown in Ferguson, Missouri, and Eric Garner in New York. The day of prayer comes a day after nationwide demonstrations calling for changes to the criminal justice system.

NEWTOWN, Conn. (AP) — The community of Newtown, Connecticut is quietly marking the second anniversary of the shooting rampage at Sandy Hook Elementary School. No public memorial events are being held, but the 20 children and six educators killed on that day are being remembered at Sunday services. At St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church, special bells were rung and the victims' names were read.

LAKE DELTON, Wis. (AP) — Authorities say a carbon monoxide leak during a junior hockey game at a Wisconsin ice rink sent dozens of people to hospitals. The Wisconsin State Journal reports that at least 81 people were treated for symptoms of carbon monoxide poisoning after the leak was discovered at Poppy Waterman Ice Rink in Lake Delton yesterday. One person is still receiving treatment today. The Minnesota Junior Hockey League says one Ducks player is getting oxygen therapy at a hyperbaric chamber in Milwaukee.
