CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were higher Wednesday on the Chicago Board of Trade.
Wheat for Dec delivery rose 4.25 cents to $4.8025 a bushel; Dec corn was 4 cents higher at 3.2950 a bushel; Dec oats gained 7.75 cents to $3.4050 a bushel; while Nov soybeans were .5 cent higher at $9.3675 a bushel.
Beef was mostly higher and pork was mixed on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
Dec live cattle rose .05 cent to $1.5877 a pound; Oct feeder cattle was .25 cent higher at $2.3040 a pound; while Dec lean hogs fell .05 cent to $.9520 a pound.
