EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. (AP) — Chris Moller kicked a tie-breaking field goal late in the fourth quarter to give Morgan State a 38-35 victory over Howard on Saturday.

Robert Council threw two touchdowns for the Bears and ran for a third. He was 13 of 22 for 168 yards passing. Herb Walker Jr. ran for 141 yards and two touchdowns.

With Howard trailing 35-21 in the fourth, Greg McGee scored from 4 yards out, capitalizing on a Morgan State fumble three plays earlier deep in Bears territory. William Parker followed with a 10-yard TD run, tying the score with 2:21 to play.
