Simply put, just think of a podcast as a radio or TV show. A show that you can listen to when and how you want on your PC, using your MP3 player... any time you like.
How do I download and watch podcasts?
First you must download the podcast to your computer. You can do this by right-clicking on the podcast link and choosing either "Save Target As" or "Save Link As" - depending on which browser you use. Then use your music software (Apple iTunes, Yahoo Music Engine, etc.) to transfer it to your MP3 player. Simple as that!
